Modular Stadiums

Kenya's professional game is held back less by talent than by seats. A county can produce players and still have nowhere to sell a ticket, host a broadcast or seat a sponsor. A modular stadium answers that in a way a poured-concrete bowl cannot: it is manufactured off site, bolted together on site, priced per component, and it can start at a 360-seat stand and grow to 20,000 without demolishing what came first.

SixFive Stadium Experience — Supplier system published here because KickStartKenyaFootball holds a referral arrangement with SixFive. Disclosed rather than presented as independent procurement advice. How this is governed

The system

Why modular changes what a county can build

Manufactured, not poured

Grandstands, cantilever roofs, steel structure, VIP booths and lower-level amenity blocks arrive as prefabricated modules. The site work is foundations, services and assembly rather than years of in-situ concrete.

Priced component by component

Every element carries its own price, so a county can see exactly what a roof, a VIP tier or a safe-standing end costs before it commits to any of them.

Grows with the crowd

The same system covers a standalone VIP unit, a 360-seat stand with terrace, and stadiums at 2,500, 5,000, 7,500, 10,000, 15,000 and 20,000 capacity. Phase one does not have to be phase three.

Broadcast and sponsor ready

Cantilever roofs, TV-ready lighting packages, cladding, a videoboard and a stadium sound system are available as specified options, which is what turns a ground into a rights asset.

The ladder

From one VIP unit to twenty thousand seats

The same system at every size, so a first phase does not close off a third. The reward column is what a completed referral at that size pays.

Installation · Architectural and local engineering · Permits · Site preparation · Footings and foundations · Electricity · Plumbing · HVAC · Sprinklers · Furniture, fixtures and equipment · Import taxes and duties

These are the lines that decide whether a modular stadium lands on budget in Kenya. Site prep, foundations, services and import duty are local costs, and they are modelled per county in the facility planner rather than guessed here.

Get paid for what you know

Referral Rewards

You do not need capital to move this forward. If you know a county officer with idle land, a school with a field nobody uses, a club that has outgrown its ground or an investor looking for a stadium project, that knowledge is worth money. Bring the site or the project, stay in the room while it is worked through, and if it completes you are paid.

Project referrals — stands and stadiums

Rewards published by SixFive Stadium Experience, scaled to the capacity of the project sold. Paid in USD once the project is completed and reconciled.

Land and site referrals

A KickStartKenyaFootball finder's reward for bringing forward a site that a build actually lands on. Proposed scale, paid on the signed land or lease agreement, not on the introduction.

Proposed — payable per project, subject to the funding of that project

Small-sided court site — 0.1 to 0.3 acres

Identified, contactable owner and a signed access or lease agreement

$500

Full-size pitch site — 1.5 to 2.5 acres

Clean tenure, community consent, signed lease or land agreement

$1,500

Academy or training-hub site — 4 to 8 acres

Clean tenure, access road, water and power route, signed agreement

$3,500

Stadium-scale site — 8 acres and above

Clean tenure, planning route confirmed, signed agreement

$7,500

What a referral must include

  • Project or organisation name and address
  • Your contact there, their position, and whether they decide or influence
  • Your relationship to them
  • Capacity or size being considered
  • Budget and funding model, as far as you know it
  • Site location — county, ward and, if you have it, the plot or LR number
  • The sport it is for
  • Timeline the project is working to

The rules, in plain terms

  • You stay involved. A referral is not a name dropped and forgotten — you are expected to help work the introduction through to a decision.
  • Twelve-month window. If the lead becomes a completed sale within twelve months of you providing it, the reward applies.
  • Not already in play. A lead is accepted if nobody is already actively pursuing that account, or if your relationship can genuinely speed the close.
  • Paid on completion. Rewards are paid after the project completes and the account is reconciled, not on signature or deposit.
  • Final reward follows final scope. The published figure moves with the design and scope actually sold, and awards are at the supplier's discretion with management approval.
  • One reward per site or project. Duplicate referrals go to whoever submitted first with the detail above complete.

Send referrals through the referral form on this platform. Every referral is logged with a reference number, acknowledged by email and forwarded to the supplier's business development lead for a decision on applicability.

The project referral scale is reproduced from the SixFive Stadium Experience referral plan issued to Taiwo Atieno, which ran to 31 December 2025. The scale is published here as the working basis; the current window is confirmed per referral before anyone is asked to do work on it.

Open to every county

Know a site? Bring the project and get paid when it is funded.

Land nobody is using, a school field, a county ground, a club that has outgrown its home. File it and we put it to our partners for investment consideration — a successful application earns 1.5% of the funded project value, half on the signed agreement and half on completion.
