What this platform is
An independent football research, heritage and development platform. It is not the governing body of football in Kenya, it does not select national teams, it does not register players or clubs, and it does not run trials. Nothing here is an offer of a place, a contract, a trial or employment.
Status of the figures
Costs, valuations, participation numbers, county indices and returns published here are clearly labelled as verified data, official statistics, our own estimates, our own projections, third-party valuations or proposed targets. Estimates and projections are planning figures built from published Kenyan indicators and stated methods. They are not quotations, valuations, financial advice or an invitation to invest.
Proposals and projects
A proposal published on this site is a proposal. Unless a project is expressly labelled funded, under construction or operational, no money has been committed and no delivery is under way. We do not present a proposal as though it were funded or being delivered.
Accuracy and corrections
We publish sources and review dates and we correct errors. If you believe something here is wrong, tell us and we will investigate, correct the record where the evidence supports it, and log the correction. Information submitted by the public remains marked as under review until an administrator has verified and approved it.
Your submissions
By sending information, images or documents you confirm you have the right to send them and to allow publication of the verified facts within them. Do not send anything confidential, defamatory or subject to someone else's copyright. We may edit, decline or remove any submission.
Intellectual property
The text, structure, models, data compilations, PDFs and design of this site belong to the legal entity named below, except where a third-party source is credited. You may quote and link to it with attribution. You may not republish substantial parts of it, or use it to train commercial models, without written permission.
Third-party links and data
This site links to and reproduces figures from public bodies, media and databases, each credited at the point of use. We are not responsible for the content of external sites or for changes to third-party data after our stated review date.
Liability
The site is provided in good faith and as it stands. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any decision taken in reliance on figures labelled as estimates or projections, or for any loss arising from use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without prejudice to any right you have under the law of your own country of residence.
