KickStartKenyaFootball is based in Nairobi and Kenyan law applies to it. Where a Kenyan company is registered to carry the work, it is published on the governance page with its number and the date it was registered; where nothing is published there, nothing is held.
KickStartKenyaFootball performs no work requiring a Kenyan licence, registration or practising certificate that it does not hold. Any Kenyan registration held is published on this page with its number and the date it was granted; none is recorded here at present. Estate agency, valuation, legal advice, survey, planning, design, costing, construction, environmental assessment, investment advice, handling money, insurance, recruitment and player representation are referred to an independent professional or business holding the required Kenyan registration, licence or approval.
These pages and any dealings with KickStartKenyaFootball are governed by Kenyan law. A dispute that cannot be settled between us goes to arbitration seated in Nairobi under the Arbitration Act 1995, administered by the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration, before a single arbitrator, in English. That does not remove your statutory or consumer rights, and it does not stop either of us using the small claims court where the claim belongs there.
