Roles We Are Hiring For:
- Legal and Governance
- Trustees: Oversee the management of the irrevocable trust and ensure transparency, compliance, and alignment with our football development goals.
- Legal Counsel: Support with contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and legal advisement.
- Governance & Compliance Officers: Ensure the trust and SPV follow legal frameworks, address anti-corruption, and maintain accountability.
- Finance and Accounting
- Financial Controller: Lead financial operations, budgeting, and compliance.
- Accountants & Auditors: Manage daily accounting and conduct independent audits to ensure financial transparency.
- Operations and Project Management
- Project Managers: Lead football infrastructure and grassroots programs.
- Operations Managers: Oversee day-to-day operations for our facilities and training centers.
- Procurement Specialists: Work with local contractors and suppliers.
- Football Development
- Football Development Officers: Drive grassroots football programs and talent development.
- Coaches & Scouts: Mentor young players and identify promising talent across Kenya.
- Technical Directors: Guide coaching methodologies and talent development strategies.
- Marketing and Communications
- Marketing & Communications Managers: Manage public engagement campaigns and communications strategies.
- Social Media Managers: Provide real-time updates, content, and progress reports to engage global audiences.
- PR Specialists: Build partnerships and manage public relations for sponsorship and investment opportunities.
- Community Engagement and Social Impact
- Community Development Officers: Connect with local communities to implement grassroots programs.

- Human Resources and Recruitment
- HR Managers & Recruitment Specialists: Manage the recruitment of football staff, volunteers, and contractors.
- Training & Development Officers: Coordinate training programs for football management, coaching, and community development.
- Fundraising and Donor Relations
- Fundraising Managers & Grant Writers: Develop fundraising strategies and secure grants for football development.
- Donor Relations Managers: Maintain communication with donors and provide regular updates on project milestones.
- Technology and Digital Platforms
- IT Managers & Web Developers: Oversee real-time reporting platforms and digital engagement for donors and stakeholders.
- Data Analysts: Analyze data on football performance and grassroots development to drive insights.
- Health and Wellness
- Nutritionists & Fitness Trainers: Develop wellness programs and promote physical fitness for players and communities.
- Sports Psychologists: Offer mental health support to players and community members.
- Education and Skill Development
- Educational Program Coordinators & Instructors: Lead education programs on sports law, football business, and administration.
